Based on the original adventure novels, Massagran gave rise to a collection of comics, written by the author’s son, Ramon Folch i Camarasa, and illustrated by Josep Maria Madorell, based in turn on Junceda’s illustrations. The comics were serialised in the children’s magazine Cavall Fort and, some time later, published in book format by Editorial Casals. Without Massagran, Agus & Monsters and Bitmax & Co series and many others would probably not exist. With this collection, we recover part of our legacy, pay tribute to a classic, and connect it with new readers.
